WHAT IS THE IDEAL DURATION OF EXAMINATION FOR RHINOPLASTY?

I shall say the latest sentence from the beginning; an ideal examination does not have an exact duration. During the examination, the patient has to be initially evaluated in terms of his/her general health, the complaints and desires related to his/her nose have to be noted down separately, the inside of the nose and the rhinoplasty have to be examined in detail, the essential calculations and measurements have to be done, the photographs have to be taken, a decision has to be made about what shall be done on the photographs, and all the risks, details and the course of recovery related to procedure have to be explained in detail.   In addition, the pictures of the patients who had previously given approval may be investigated during the examination, and a design can be made on the pictures taken for the rhinoplasty of the patient.  (Or in the case of breast augmentation examinations, analogous or digital simulations may be used in order to make you see how the outcome will be.) As a consequence, the patient must not have any questions in his/her mind, and has to understand every detail when leaving the examination room.  For performing such a work, we spare 1 hour for our appointments for new examinations. It even exceeds 1 hour at times.  You eventually pay for the examination, and you have the right to learn every detail...
