LIP LIFTING AND LIP FILLING

Two or three-millimeter incisor teeth show is a part of beauty and youth. With age, the upper lip gets elongated, and incisor show disappears. To fix this, a lip lift procedure can be performed. In this surgery, the scar is placed just under the nostril base. Furthermore, this surgery can be combined with dermabrasion to clear fine wrinkles on the upper and lower lip. Lip filling can be performed either with autologous fat grafting in operating room or hyaluronic acid fillers. Both will be explained later.

Gummy smile surgery can be performed to individuals with excessive gingival show while smiling. The incision is performed behind the upper lip, and no externally visible scar is seen after this surgery. Lip filling may be combined with surgery for advanced problems. Botulinum toxin application can be used as a non-surgical temporary solution in appropriate cases.
